Law 544/2001
Art. 5(1) – Each public authority or institution is required to proactively disclose the following information of public interest:
- the regulatory acts governing the organisation and operation of the public authority or institution;
- the organisational structure, departmental responsibilities, operating hours, and public reception hours of the public authority or institution;
- the names of the leadership of the public authority or institution and of the official responsible for disseminating public information;
- the contact details of the public authority or institution, namely: name, headquarters, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail address, and website address;
- financial sources, budget, and financial statements;
- its own programmes and strategies;
- the list of documents of public interest;
- the list of categories of documents produced and/or managed, as provided by law;
- the means of challenging a decision of the public authority or institution where a person considers their right of access to the requested information of public interest to have been infringed.
