Compensation of navigation equipment

In accordance with Law No. 395/2004 on maritime hydrographic activity and Order of the Minister of National Defence No. M129/2016 establishing the public data resulting from maritime hydrographic activity made available to users, the hydrographic, cartographic and publishing activities that may be carried out for a fee, and the related fees, as amended by Order of the Minister of National Defence No. M235/2018, the Maritime Hydrographic Directorate may carry out navigation equipment compensation for a fee.

The fees for carrying out navigation equipment compensation are:

• magnetic compass = EUR 78.7
• gyrocompass = EUR 90.9
• log = EUR 69.6
• echo sounder = EUR 42.4
• boat compass = EUR 42.4
• specialist technical assistance = EUR 19.6/h/person
