Electronic Navigational Charts (ENC)
Electronic navigational charts (ENC) produced by the Maritime Hydrographic Directorate are made available to users through the network of authorised IC-ENC distributors (Value Added Resellers – VARs). IC-ENC does not supply ENC products directly to end users.
To purchase electronic navigational charts, consult the list of IC-ENC distributors and select the desired supplier. Commercial terms, licensing period and associated services are set by the chosen distributor.https://www.ic-enc.org/distribution

Paper Nautical Charts
Paper nautical charts are available exclusively in paper format. Purchase requests are submitted by completing theRequest form for the purchase of nautical charts and documents, available in Romanian and English, and sending it by e-mail tohidro@dhmfn.ro.
Nautical charts are printed on special paper, with high resistance to moisture and to the repeated use of writing and erasing instruments.
Payment is made in lei, at the EUR/RON exchange rate published by the National Bank of Romania for the invoicing date, either in cash or by bank transfer, after the invoice has been issued, into the account:

Prices:
- Maritime navigational chart, scale from 1:2,000 to 1:25,000 – EUR 20
- Maritime navigational chart, scale from 1:30,000 to 1:300,000 – EUR 18
- Maritime navigational chart, scale from 1:350,000 to 1:2,000,000 – EUR 20
NOTE: Prices include VAT.

Paper nautical charts whose current editions have been published by DHM since 2020 are printed on demand.
At the time of printing, each copy includes all corrections and updates published through the Notices to Mariners and applicable to that edition, from the edition's entry into force up to the printing date. The delivered copy thus reflects the information available and valid at the time of printing.
